About Us

 As a Dad with 3 small children, the problem of an overflowing trash bin and little hands constantly digging in the kitchen trash can sent me on the hunt for a solution.  After Scouring the internet for something to help, I came up short. 

 As a serial entrepreneur, my instinct was to put a team together and go into action designing the perfect solution.   We needed something that was lightweight, Strong and Compact.

The concept seemed simple, but getting the design down took months of late night brain storming sessions and hundreds of Prototypes. After Many iterations we launched the first Tamp-it in February 2017. We continue to develop the brand and we have since launched the second generation Zero-flex design and as well as added sizes and options. 

 We have shipped Tamp-its to many interesting places over the years, from major sporting areas, national fast food chains, and even trauma units at major hospitals.  One of our proudest moments is seeing a Tamp-it in action at an international airport.

 Our Mission continues to be, to help make dealing with trash safer and more hygienic. This mission could not be more relevant today as we live though a global pandemic.
